The Foundation commits to publishing governance information appropriate to its scale and legal requirements. This page lists what is under verification, what has been verified, and authoritative public sources for independent checks.
Pending verifications
- South Dakota — formation record: recorded with the South Dakota Secretary of State, Business ID NS275368, effective 2024-05-20, NAICS 813219. Initial filing acknowledged as Active / Good Standing.
- South Dakota — Annual Report current standing: current status pending verification after 2025-05-01 due date. Last checked: (not yet posted).
- IRS — EIN (Tax ID): 61-2216267 — assigned 2024-09-30 via IRS notice CP 575 E (Form SS-4). An EIN assignment does not by itself constitute federal tax-exempt recognition.
- IRS — Determination letter §501(c)(3): current status not confirmed. Last checked: 2026-04-28. Donors may verify directly using the EIN at IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search.
Bank-transfer readiness
The Foundation is preparing ACH/wire reception by private request. Full bank account details are not published. Transfer instructions may be shared privately only after KYB, bank ownership proof, micro-deposits, pilot transfer, reconciliation, and legal sign-off are complete.

Governance and conflict of interest
The Foundation's leadership maintains a conflict-of-interest policy and related-party approval practice consistent with nonprofit good practice. The Foundation does not act as merchant-of-record for any commercial product and does not engage in commercial transactions inconsistent with its public-benefit purpose.
