Current legal status
- Angel Edu Tam Foundation Inc is a nonprofit corporation formed in South Dakota, United States (Business ID NS275368, effective 2024-05-20).
- The organization has been assigned EIN 61-2216267 by the Internal Revenue Service. An EIN assignment does not by itself grant federal tax-exempt status. The Foundation has not received an IRS determination letter under §501(c)(3); donors should not assume tax-deductibility.
- South Dakota current standing and any applicable charitable-solicitation or paid-solicitor requirements are subject to ongoing verification with counsel and official state sources.
How to express interest
We do not currently process online donations through this site. If you would like to learn how to support a specific public-benefit initiative — including caregiver scholarships, learning materials, or pilot programs — please email us. We will share our current legal status documents, the purpose of the initiative, and how an acknowledgment would be issued.

Support via bank transfer (Relay)
The Foundation is onboarding a Relay-based bank-transfer flow under a verification process. Please send a request first; operations will share transfer instructions only after verification checks are satisfied.
- Receiving entity: Angel Edu Tam Foundation Inc.
- Planned rail: Relay Financial account.
- Public routing/account display: available by request / available by request.
- Transfer memo should include a reference like AETF-YYYYMMDD-EMAIL for reconciliation.

- The Foundation does not act as merchant-of-record for any commercial activity, on this site or elsewhere.
- We do not publish bank account numbers, personal payment identifiers, or unverified payment links on this page.
Acknowledgments
If a contribution is accepted after direct correspondence, we acknowledge the gift in writing consistent with our internal policies. Any statement about tax deductibility will reflect only what has been publicly verified at that time.
